Blast Soccer Club Tryouts
***Monday, May 18th & Tuesday, May 19th @ James E Moss Elementary (4399 S 500 E) 6-7:30 p.m.
Tryouts will be $20, which will include a tryout/training shirt, if registered online. $25 registration fee at the field.
All players need to come prepared with water, cleats, and shinguards.
REGISTER Please select the Session you wish to register for and click the Register Button.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR PHONE NUMBER AND EMAIL IN YOUR ACCOUNT, THIS IS THE INFORMATION WHERE CLUB EMAILS WILL BE SENT.
LOG IN: Enter your UYSA username and password. If you do not remember your username and password, click "Forgot Username/Password". If you do not have a UYSA account, click "Create New Account." If you have an account, PLEASE do NOT create a new account, or you will end up with a duplicate account.
STEP 1 - Add Family Member: Add your new player or if your player is already there, click "Continue"
STEP 2 - Register Event: Click the "Register" Button next to your player's name.
STEP 3 - Accept ELA: Click "Agree and Continue".
STEP 4 - Make Payment: Enter your payment info.
STEP 5 - Print Receipt.
